Drop-in classes are designed for all levels of yogis. Join us for 75-minutes of pure bliss. Just steps from the ocean, this class is designed to deepen your yoga practice through breath, honoring the body, and a long savasana (final rest).
Private Classes
Private yoga sessions are designed for one-on-one instruction or small groups. They are ideal for those who may have limited mobility or specific needs. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions, receive personal adjustments, and explore poses at your own pace.
Cost: $150 per hour, package options available.
Four-Week Beginner Yoga Course
Join us for a four-week beginner yoga class in beautiful St. Pete Beach, FL!Whether you're new to yoga or looking for a gentle practice, this in-person class is perfect for you.Located just steps from the beach, the studio offers the ideal setting for your yoga journey. Enjoy class in a spacious, air conditioned or breeze fed studio (depending on weather) in the historic Suntan Art Center. After class, step out to the beach or over to the iconic Don Cesar. Our experienced instructor will provide step-by-step instructions, helping you develop strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
What To Expect
Foundational Asanas (Poses): Learn essential yoga poses. Your instructor will ensure proper alignment and technique by breaking down each pose.
Breathwork and Meditation: Yoga is not just about the physical practice; it is also about finding inner peace and harmony. We will use breathing techniques, relaxation methods, and sound bowls to guide you in deepening your practice.
Community: Community is an essential part of well-being. We will create a welcoming and safe atmosphere through reflection and connection with the class.
Experience the Benefits of Yoga: Studies show that yoga can improve overall health (mental and physical). Some benefits you may experience are better sleep, less pain, improved mental health, ease of mind/body/spirit, and more.

Each class you will be able to choose the intensity of your practice based on how you feel that day. We will start the course off gentle creating foundation and connection with breath. As the course continues, we will move towards more movement. Your teacher will provide modifications to cater towards all bodies and fitness levels. Meet Your Yoga Teacher
During her teenage years, Jessica went through a life transformation. She first handed experienced the physical and mental therapeutic benefits of yoga.Jessica is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Registered Dietitian. She has 7 years' experience teaching yoga and is the owner of Mindful Nutrition RDN where she follows an intuitive and mindful approach to nutrition counseling. She works full time in private practice where her primary focus is helping others establish a positive relationship between food and themselves. She uses a wholistic approach to health which focuses on the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of well-being.Jessica believes most health issues (mental and physical) are a result of a disconnection from the body. In addition to nutrition and yoga, she hosts wellness retreats for all ages in order to guide people back to themselves.

About Me
During her teenage years, Jessica went through a life transformation. Struggling with anxiety, depression, and food intolerances, Jessica began to connect back to her body through mindfulness, yoga, and nutrition.After seeing the impact diet and lifestyle had on herself, she became a Registered Dietitian (RDN) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). She follows an intuitive and mindful approach to nutrition counseling. Each session is customized to the individual. She helps clients develop a positive relationship with food and their bodies. She follows the philosophy of 'health at every size' and uses a wholistic apprach to health (mental, physical and emotional). She currently has a virtual a private dietetic practice focusing on nutrition for adolescents and their families. She has experience in behavioral health as well as eating disorders. She is currently expanding her knowledge in disordered eating under the International Association of Eating Disorder Professions.Jessica believes most health issues (mental and physical) are a result of a disconnection from the body. She hosts wellness retreats and yoga classes for all ages in order to guide people back to themselves.
Drop- In Yoga Classes
Drop into the present. Enjoy a 75-minute vinyasa flow with modifications for all bodies. Just steps from the beach, enjoy a breeze fed or AC room (weather dependent). After class enjoy the beach or step over to the Don Cesar for food and drinks. All levels are welcomed from beginner to experienced yogis

FAQsWhat is the difference between a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist?
A Registered Dietitian also called a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) has completed a Bachelor's of Science at an accredited university. RDNs complete over 1200 hours of supervised practice, pass a national exam, and complete continuing education credits every 5 years. RDNs abide by a code of ethics and have protection over their title. Nutritionists have no formal education requirements, exam requirements, continuing education requirements, or protection over their title.What Type of Clients Do You See?
I have experience with all ages and a variety of diseases. Most often I see those struggling with disordered eating patterns or eating disorders. I frequently see those with Irritable Bowl Syndrome, Obesity, Heart Disease, Food Intolerances, ETC.Do you accept insurance?
